Questions
Good to know.
Is the conversion lossless?
Yes. PNG images go into the PDF without compression loss, so text in screenshots stays sharp.
What happens to transparent areas?
Transparency is kept. On screen and on paper, transparent areas show the page underneath, which is white.
Does the PDF keep the PNG’s metadata?
No. Only the pixels are placed in the PDF. Text notes and dates stored in the PNG are not copied, and the PDF has no author, app or date fields.
Is there a limit?
Up to 20 images at a time, each up to 25 MB. Everything happens in your browser, so very large batches depend on your device’s memory.
Curious what your files reveal?
Metvoro can also read the hidden metadata in photos, PDFs and Office files and explain it in plain language.
