Questions
Good to know.
Do my photos lose quality?
No. JPG photos are placed in the PDF as they are, without re-compressing them. Only photos that need turning upright are redrawn, at high quality.
Will the PDF reveal where the photos were taken?
No. EXIF, GPS and other metadata are removed before the photos go into the PDF, and the PDF itself has no author, app or date fields.
Why are some photos turned?
Phones often save photos sideways with a note saying how to turn them. PDF viewers ignore that note, so Metvoro turns those photos upright before adding them.
Is there a limit?
Up to 20 photos at a time, each up to 25 MB. Everything happens in your browser, so very large batches depend on your device’s memory.
Curious what your files reveal?
Metvoro can also read the hidden metadata in photos, PDFs and Office files and explain it in plain language.
